The Inside Sales Representative will join our great team at our new location in Newmarket, ON.
You will:
- Collaborate with the National Sales Manager, USA, to determine and implement effective sales strategies Create and deliver qualified opportunities to the Sales Agency team when required
- Utilize and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (i.e. SalesForce) to maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
- ***ist in creating request for proposal (RFP) responses for potential clients
- Support marketing efforts, such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events when necessary
- Follow up with existing customers via phone and email to cross-sell and/or up-sell
- Receive inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
